  • How is the personalization added to the ornament?
    The personalization is added after the ornament is glazed and fired. It is applied with a Sharpie extra fine point oil based permanent paint pen (metallic gold, metallic silver, white or black depending what color dot it is being applied to). *If you ever want to remove the personalization, nail polish remover will do the trick without damaging the ornament.
  • What does the personalization look like on the ball ornaments?
  • Can you make an ornament for a school or logo not featured?
    Sure! If you would like to send along a link or picture of a custom logo, I can take a look at it and see if it's possible. I can also do some of my own research to find a logo for you if you give me the school, business, sports team name, etc. Turn around time for completion and delivery is usually within two weeks.
  • Do you offer wholesale pricing?
    Yes! If you are a school, organization, etc. that would like to place an order for a logo I already feature online or a custom one, I would be happy to do that for you. There is a 15 item minimum, S&H is free for intial order and pricing is reduced 20-25% with deeper discount offered if order placed 45 days prior to requested delivery date. Depending on how many items are ordered, I can usually have it ready for shipment within 2 weeks (may be up to 3 weeks during Nov. and Dec.)
  • How quickly will I receive my order?
    Most of the items online are in stock and can be processed within a day or two and shipped 2-3 Day Priority. Around the holidays (Nov. and Dec.) processing may take a day or two longer. If an item is out of stock or it is a custom logo, your order may take up to two weeks for delivery and you will be notified shortly after your order is placed if that is the case.
