Personalizations are done in an oil based paint pen. Crosses are personalized in a metallic gold on the back of the cross. Ball ornaments are personalized in either white, metallic gold, metallic silver or black in one or multiple dots around the ornament. If you would like personalization removed, it comes off with nail polish remover, otherwise its permanent.

You may return any order if you are not fully satisfied for full refund minus shipping cost.
