It will be used only to provide you the products you are requesting and to let you know of future show/event locations and dates and special offers. We will never sell, trade, loan or disclose your name, email address or any other information you provide us on our website. We value your business and feel strongly about protecting your privacy.

As part of the order process, Name, Shipping/Billing Address, Email address, Phone number and Credit/Debit Card Information will be collected.  All orders are encrypted and stored on a secure server to help ensure the security of your personal information. Cross my Heart Designs does not store any payment information and you will need to enter this information each time you make a purchase.

State law requires Virginia related businesses to collect 6% sales tax on orders shipped to Virginia residents.
